Lately, I’ve been reading a collection of stories from the Russian author Fyodor Dostoevsky. He’s got some great stories. Here are 2 reviews of Mr. Prohartchin and The Crocodile.

Not what I expected if I am being honest. I guess that is my own fault for not first leafing through the book beforehand.

I liked it. Short, sweet, and nothing like what happened in the movies. It was also kind of disorientating from time to time. Maybe surreal is a better word for it. A very fitting story to read after reading Nausea.

The opposite of a page turner for no specific reason. It wasn’t particularly difficult or dense, it just somehow was slow.

It was great. Not too long and straight to the point.
